About
Built by people who have done this from the inside.
BedLaunch exists because the operators who most need a marketing team behind them are usually the ones who can least afford to build one.
Every chain of any size has a team supporting marketing at the facility level. Independent operators and small groups almost never do, and the work simply does not get done. The website ages, the reviews go unanswered, nobody has been into the referring hospital in a while, and the building runs a few points lower than it should year after year without anyone quite naming why.
That is the gap we were built to close. We are not a software platform and we are not a project shop. We function as the marketing team a facility does not have, and everything we do is measured against one number.
MEASURED AGAINST ONE NUMBER
Census
Not impressions, not likes, not traffic. If it doesn't move admissions, it isn't the work.
"We function as the marketing team a facility does not have."

Robert Tanner
Founder
Robert spent ten years overseeing marketing for Eduro Healthcare, joining when the company had four buildings and leaving as Vice President of Brand and Culture with more than forty, through its acquisition by PACS Group. He supported facility marketing directors across the portfolio on census, referral development, and the community and hospital relationships behind both.
He founded BedLaunch to bring that same support to operators who cannot justify hiring it full time.
The Team
You are not hiring one person.
BedLaunch is backed by an award-winning marketing agency that has served skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, and senior living for years as an outside vendor, including Eduro Healthcare throughout its growth.
60+
Skilled nursing facility websites built and managed by the same team that stands behind BedLaunch.
Strategy
Census planning, referral development, market analysis
Web
Development, hosting, local search, performance
Design
Brand, collateral, print, recruiting materials
Video
Facility film, family-facing tours, event coverage
That is the difference between hiring a consultant and hiring a department. When a facility needs a new site, a photographer on the ground next Tuesday, and a print run of referral materials in the same month, it is one phone call rather than three vendors and a project manager nobody budgeted for.
The work
What we make.
Most facilities are represented online by a handful of dark photos and a page that has not been touched in years. This is the alternative, and it is the closest thing to a tour that most families will ever take before they decide.
